Manufacturing of large resin tanks and semiconductor cleaning equipment [Case study materials available]

"The detailed drawings of the device are incomplete and the deadline is approaching..." We address such concerns. We can flexibly respond by refining the drawings according to the production status.

We would like to introduce a case study of the production of "large resin tanks and semiconductor cleaning equipment." The customer was in a situation where the detailed drawings of the equipment were incomplete, and the deadline was approaching. Since it was a development project, it was necessary to adjust the specifications while proceeding with the production. As a result, by refining the drawings according to the production status, we were able to achieve a high level of completion and quality for the equipment. We adopted a flexible approach by continuing production even from the stage where the drawings were not fully finalized, while holding meetings to discuss progress. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges and Background - The detailed drawings of the equipment were incomplete, and the deadline was approaching. - Due to the uncertainty of the drawings and the short lead time, we could not find a manufacturing company that could accommodate the project. ■ Results and Effects - During production, deficiencies in the drawings and changes in specifications were identified, but by making adjustments and improvements at each stage, we were able to complete the equipment on time. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
